Know your business is a trading style of Engage Media Ltd who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). If the complaint relates to a regulated product or service, the complaint will be handled under the following process:
We will attempt to acknowledge and where possible, resolve your complaint within 3 working days. If this is not possible we will provide you with our expected timeframes for resolution and a final response no later than 8 weeks.
